How can Nelson Controllers help me to find an electrical fault .

All Nelson mains powered controllers have a ‘Hot Spot’ terminal allowing a permanent 24v output. The Zone wires can be individually connected to this output for tracing power routes and electrical faults

All Nelson Sprinklers and Solenoid Valves carry a 5 year manufacturers exchange warranty. All Electronic controllers and Solenoid Coils carry a 2 year warranty

How can I make my irrigation system as efficient as possible

Consider the use of either a 8501 Rain Trip Rain sensor that will prevent watering in the event of a heavy downpour of rain or use the EZ Pro Extra that can connect to any manufacture of Hard Wired controller to monitor soil moisture and prevent Irrigation if the ground is already sufficiently moist.

For larger systems use the EZ Pro Max decoder based moisture controlled system. Water savings of up to 40% can be made using this system. PC and GSM operation available

Why Use Stainless Steel Risers for My Choice of Nelson Pop-ups

Stainless steel risers offer that added protection of the riser in situations where the plastic riser may get damaged, for example in high sand content soils the riser is less likely to be scored by the sand, in vandal prone areas the perception is that the riser is steel and less likely do be vandalised.

The Pro 7000 and 7500 feature an optional Model 6101 Sod Cup Kit which installs a piece of natural turf on top of the sprinkler making it fully protected for Sports Applications. The 7513 Model with high speed rotation is suitable when a quicker pass of the sprinkler arc is required

My Customer requires remote operation of his Controller.

The Nelson 8600 Remote Programmer when used with the EZ Pro Controller allows all the features of the controller to be used from a maximum distance of 300m line of sight and 150m through most structures remotely. One remote unit can operate more than one base controller.
